where passion meets the plate! Established in Spring 2023, our 24-foot food trailer, handcrafted over six months in Porter's Lake, is the heart of our culinary adventures.

As the sole proprietor, I—Pam—alongside my dedicated family, turn our kitchen dreams into reality. PBJ isn't just initials; it's a heartfelt tribute. "P" for Pam, creator of the iconic Deep Fried PBJ Sandwich.
"B" for Betty, my guiding force, celebrated through the delectable Betty Burger.
And "J" for Junior, my father, whose love inspires every dish, with nods to his favourite Junior Mints and Mint Aero bars.

Our journey extends across Nova Scotia, from the Eastern Shore to various events, thanks to Charlotte's Hauling. We source locally and from our garden, with options for gluten-free and vegetarian delights.

Looking ahead, PBJ Eatery envisions catering, weddings, and special events.

We caught PBJ eatery today at the Kingston Farmers market and the deep fried PB&J was magical. The fries and deep fried Oreos were also beyond fantastic and the service was crazy amazing. 11/10!

Absolutely delicious food. We had the Newfie poutine and Fred’s fries. Service was even better. The two workers saw my daughter upset about her stuffed animal and gave her a jumbo freezie. The little touches and conversation while we waited for our food are what make it of upmost importance to support small, local businesses. Will be returning and recommending 100%.

We have loved all of the meals we’ve tried. The deep friend PBJ sandwich is my newest addiction. Home cut seasoned fries are delicious. Everything is homemade and quality ingredients. Great food!
